Our website was created on a customised buddyboss platform by our original web developers but had developed multiple issues that other developers couldn't fix. We needed someone to fix our site, update and improve our subscription and security issues, build new custom functionality and a searchable customised library page for the site and work long term with us as the site grew.

Later we needed help with integration with another company so Cosmik Carrot sorted our Single user sign-on functionality. He has also provided continuous tech support for our community for any ongoing issues and helped us with hosting.

Excellent and quick communication. They are incredibly reliable — no other developer we have worked with has been able to do this!

I reached out to hire Cosmik Carrot because I knew that my website needed a facelift. Not only to make it look better but perform better as well as rank higher in google. I am located in Boston, MA and there was never a moment where I felt abandoned or that Cosmik Carrot took long with responses, they are super quick, on top of communication considering they are halfway across the globe.. oh and they are very gentle with the reminders. Ben is an amazing partner to engage for your website project. He understands not only WordPress very well but also the relevant plugins for my project which included LearnDash, MemberPress and UnCanny. He has a structured milestone based delivery model, so you know exactly how your project is progressing. He created an elegant and logical Sitemap and the design is better than I had imagined. We hit some issues with a plugin bug but Ben worked directly with them to get it fixed. Ben comes highly recommended.

I was as happy as can be with Ben's work. My website was a piece of work, but he quickly developed a plan what needs to be done and followed through wit it quickly and professionally. He made my website load much faster, optimized the mobile page, optimized my blog structure and Google my Business listing, fixed my contact form and much more. Google did not like my website before he started working on it and only had 5 pages (out of 200) in its index. Within 2 weeks Ben brought this number up to 198. It is clear that he is very skilled in the technical aspect and has a deep and thorough understanding of website development. He is very pleasant to work with. He responded to every single message I sent him quickly, in detail and very politely (I personally am not thrilled when freelancers write to me as though they're texting a friend - Ben's communication stood out as always professional and refined). In several video meetings we talked in depth about the work I envision. He is clearly interested in fulfilling all the customer's ideas and wishes.
